BY BOOKING APPOINTMENTS YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY. 

Treatments over £100 require a 50% non refundable booking fee, appointments will be confirmed once the fee has been paid. 
Treatments under £100 require full payment at the time of booking. 
A payment link will be sent to you by Chloe within 24hrs to make payment via bank transfer.

Fresha will ask you to confirm card details with your appointment - this is not a charge. 
If payments have not been made within 48hrs of requesting an appointment then the appointment will not be confirmed and will be released. 

Appointments cancelled within 48hrs of the appointment time will forfeit the booking fee.
